very expensive bra
I emailed Victorias Secret to complain about 2 very expensive bras I bought for my daughter in April that are now (and have been for some time) falling apart, rendering them unusable. They cost €60 each! Since I bought them online and checked out as a guest, I don't have the account details, but I do have proof of purchase as I paid with PayPal. It got to the point where they said they would send me a return label and arrange a courier pickup, but all communication stopped because I feel like they can't take care of me anymore. I won't let this edition get away because the quality was really bad for the price and my daughter is very upset that she can't wear her favorite underwear anymore.
Desired result:A response to my fourth email asking them to send me a return label and arrange for a courier to pick them up so they can see the damaged items, with the end result of a refund or partial refund.

Description of the complaint:
In June 2022 I went shopping at Victoria's Secret. They encouraged me to open a credit card to save on purchases. My husband warned me that this is a scam. After receiving the bill, it was paid in full via Online Bank Bill Pay. No additional credit cards or bank statements received until December 2022 when we were told we owed $196! I called the phone number for help and was told $100 could be waived but nothing more which was late fees and interest for late fees and interest charged since August when we paid the bill on time but the payment was delayed 2 days on your part. This is a scam to get more money from a buyer who received an invoice and paid on time. No credit card sent!

The paper tape they use is worthless. When I got home from vacation I found TWO fairly large boxes that were open and empty. Because? Because the tape they use comes off and opens the package in the mail. This final box has a USPS label that it was received unsealed. Now I have to call and plead my case. You must use the correct size box for heavy boots and plastic sealing tape.
Desired result:Return both boxes undamaged.

I am furious after spending 2 hours of my time sorting through $250 worth of merchandise during the Black Friday sale only to have my legitimate items shipped to me for no reason or effort or given some kind of coupon for one to give a percentage off /Gift card to be returned to the warehouse for the obvious inconvenience! The customer service rep even went so far as to suggest "next time, make sure your address is correct" even though it was 100% correct and there was absolutely no reason why my various items were not being delivered. As a valued Victoria's Secret customer, I am very disappointed. I think I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
An incident has occurred - ordered on November 30, 2022

Overweight Ads... Awkward Photos
You lost your mind for forcing people to look at these fat guys. I stopped shopping on your site. Obesity is sad and not beautiful. I can't see the clothes because they are upset. It's like the level of beauty you're competing with is the crackhead category. Advertising has to do its job well. Awakened stupidity doesn't belong here. Or just stop soliciting people.
Desired result:Bring back the beautiful models. Put the ones in bold in their own category. Put the not-so-beautiful in its own category. This way, your customers can shop without being forced to mentally vomit. Thank you! My God!

Bad customer service, rude box #186657
I went to buy gifts for my family, I waited patiently in line, the ladies were getting ready, then one of the cashier #186657 started to push me, she pushed me to register, she pushed me to get my ID, when I forgot my credit card from Victoria Secret. I asked someone else to help me. I declined his service because it was bad that he was in a hurry.

I never received my order
My mom ordered leggings and sweaters for my birthday, we ordered them weeks before my birthday on December 5th and never received them. I have called and talked to customer service multiple times about this issue and it has still not been resolved. The money was supposed to go back to his card so he could re-order, but I haven't received it yet.
Desired result:I want a $189 refund or gift card so I can place a new order

Ey,
I recently bought Victoria's Secret Signature Mist & Lotion 6pcs Gift Set x 1 online. The box I received was not presentable as a gift.
I expected packaging with a neat, clear and clean box. There were many scratches on the transparent case. Also, the box was crumpled and broken. The packaging has been opened and looks very old.
Very disappointed with this purchase.

I took 4 items, 2 sweatpants, 2 sweatshirts, one of which I exchanged in the store and returned the other... It was online purchases... And they returned me a sweatsuit and a sweatshirt... It was credited to my account credit was never returned and the store says they refunded it... I have all my bank statements to prove it was not refunded! And Klarna will charge me for something I don't have!

My daughter received some money for her birthday and almost immediately wanted to spend it on her products! She placed an order worth £28 via the official website for her beauty products.
I was spending more and more time without receiving the order, so I called Victoria's Secret and spoke with a consultant. I have given you all the relevant information.
The consultant admitted that criminals are posing as his company and are in an ongoing battle: They keep taking it down, but they keep coming back.
I checked my credit card and made a payment for the amount.
The amount came out of my account on August 31, 2022 in the name of - idmarket victoriaa s semur en auxo ile.

We enter the official shopping website. If criminals have infiltrated your official website, it's not our fault, it's the consumer's fault.
Desired result:As a consumer, please take care of one of your customers who innocently bought your website loyally. I would like at least a full refund please. £28 is a lot of money for my 14 year old daughter. Thank you.

Return of defective goods
There are 2 complaints. The first one happened 1 month ago. I bought 2 bras in a store 470 km from my house. This is the closest store to me and we went shopping. On the way out, I expressed concern about one of the bras, explaining that the bra's foam cups had grooves (there was no other in my size or I would have changed them). EITHERSales staffHe assured me that they would be smooth once I used them. This did not happen. My outfit looked horrible in the bra the entire day I wore it. It's the right size and I've had 2 more of the same bra with no problems. I've tried to find a way to mail it back but can't. They told me I would have to travel the 470 km (940 km round trip) to return the bra! That's not practical so I have to absorb the $80 loss. They said I might come back next time I'm in town, but we only go once a year.
I ordered 4 bras online. I didn't want to do it due to recent BH customer service but figured if something broke I could at least send it back online via snail mail. 2 of 4 were perfect and 2 of very poor quality with grooves in the foam. I contacted customer service to return them and even though I can return them, I have to pay for return shipping! Shame on VS for making a valued customer (from the last 30 years!) pay to return their poor quality and defective products! They said they would cover return shipping for my next order, but I won't be playing this game indefinitely. I will NEVER order online or set foot in their stores again!

late fee
I received a late fee of $29. because they say i didn't make any payment so i bought $140 worth of products on 06/04/2022. I made 2 payments 1 on 07/17. more than $60.00 and on 4/7 22 more than $50.00. On 08/27 I bought $105.00 more in products and on 02/09 I received a $29 late fee because I didn't pay anything in August but my monthly payment was $35. I pay more to get ahead but no they say you missed your august advance payment so they scam people be careful so call because you haven't paid this month even though you are ahead of time. The lady on the phone told me that you don't count even if you're ahead. REALLY no, that's not right. We work hard to earn money and pay our bills.
Desired result:late bill there is no reason to collect late bills if you are behind on your payments

I am 51 years old and have always bought my lingerie from Victoria's Secret. For over 30 years this brand has been amazing, never had a problem with the quality of bras and lingerie (which I buy in every style she wears). The quality has gone so low in recent years that I think I bought my last bra at Victoria's Secret. The seams are so rough on my skin, I have never had this problem, the cups are not symmetrical. I have never returned any product because I wash everything before putting it on when I get home. It is very sad that a company that believes in and cares about consumer released products has gone downhill. It is a pity. I know this complaint is going to turn into a bunch of complaints that no one will read or take the time to address or repeat to me, but I hope someone who cares more about the manufacturer made product will pay attention.

Service at Stonebriar PINK Store in Plano, TX
I had a very awkward interaction at the PINK store in the Stonebriar mall. I asked a girl (presumed manager, she was shorter and curvier, she had dark hair and lighter skin) a question and she was very rude. I asked her a question about coming back as a VS employee and when she asked, she told me that this is something she should know as an employee and she responded very rudely. News, I'm not a manager and I don't know everything. I would have expected VS/PINK to hire managers who want to help educate employees instead of insulting them with a simple question. I have never been disrespected by another employee with that tone of voice or interaction before, let alone one in a store I have never worked at. Teach the Stonebriar manager/employee to treat everyone with respect, whether they are your own employees or not. I was very disappointed in the Stonebriar recruiting team.

Very upset about the Victoria Secret credit card problems I have forever
I have had the Victoria Secret card for many years and have never had any problems with it until now. Yes, I have had a few late payments over the years, but in February I paid off my card because I thought it was a good thing. Well I think maybe I shouldn't have paid my card because I did after I paid with my card they have some kind of hold when I called customer service to see why my available balance was still 0$. Well, they told me because the payment I made before this one was reimbursed by the bank because my father died there and I was unemployed for a while so the payment arrived before I could put money in the account and I was fine with that because it was my fault that the customer service lady said the lock would be released on March 27th and I would see my available balance of $250.00. I waited over a month then I checked my account in April and it still showed 0$ for my available balance so I called customer service again and the lady said oh I see the account is locked I will unlock it and you can use your card. So last week I used my card to buy some items online around June 19 and my card didn't work so I called [protected] and of course the system went down so I entered my info and it asked and then I said 'I'm sorry your account has been closed and if the bank closes the account we can't help you with the matter. Now this was a record and after saying he just hung up I keep calling and can't get anyone to talk about it because I never asked for my account to be closed. I don't see if I received a notification to close my account and I don't understand why my account is being closed, I paid my balance and this is the thank you I get for paying off my credit card. Is my account closed? So I would really like a number or someone to email me or something to let me know why my account was closed like I said I've had this credit card for many years but because if their system shows problems I won't be able to call to a representative over the phone to find out why they closed my account without notifying me or simply letting me know. If I had known this was going to happen I would not have paid in full, I like my Victoria Secret card. I'm very annoyed with this problem and I can't log in to my account through the app and I probably won't get anything because it's closed I guess. Thank you and please let me know.

Refusal to change the product.
On Sunday 06/26/22 I tried to change two bras at the Maplewood Mall in Maplewood, MN. Both bras were unbilled. One of the bras was twisted/double underwire, something I've never tried and I've been wearing this particular style for YEARS. I've tried several bras in this style and never had a problem so I decided to go in and change the bra since it wasn't very old. The second bra was a different style, but after wearing it a couple of times I realized it wasn't the right size. However, I have traded items with VS in the past and have been VERY impressed with the customer service provided.
When I spoke to the clerk on Sunday, I told her I had some bras I'd like to exchange, and she immediately told me I needed a receipt. I told him I didn't have one (and I knew I didn't necessarily need one per VS's return/exchange policy). At this point I told her that I would like to speak to the manager because again I am very aware of the policy and felt that she was not. After walking around the store and waiting a few minutes at an empty register, I went back to the original employee and asked her where I could FIND the manager, to which she replied, "Well, technically I'm the floor manager and my manager isn't here." there still". Of course, that would be good information for her to pass on to me before allowing me to go to the store for help. Anyway, I told her that it was fine and that she could come back, but she walked. (from the store) and came back with another woman. The other woman passed me and the original employee said "this is the manager you were looking for". Very strange interactions in general. So I explained my situation to the manager and he immediately stopped me, took the bras out of my hand, pointed to the labels, and said, "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do if the bras are past their expiration date." he. I started by explaining that he hadn't had any problems in the past and hadn't heard of "bra birth date" but he wasn't going to help me. Period. After leaving the store, I went back online to re-read the return policy and double-check the "bra's date of birth." I couldn't find ANYTHING with a birth date, and I couldn't even find anything that looked like a date on the bra tags. Also all links to your policyclearlystates that ANY item can be returned and a credit will be issued without a receipt. It makes no sense to me that they have mistreated me so much and have denied me the return. I am a long time customer and even worked for VS many years ago. We have never refused a customer with an exchange or return and I was surprised when this happened. I wish they would have given me the names of the employees because if I were a store manager or owner, I wouldn't want people like that representing my company.
Desired result:I would like information on where I can exchange these items and I hope the staff there knows how to handle a situation like mine.
