After an hour-long guided tour of the maze of narrow streets lined with traditional Ottoman-style houses, you'll have free time to explore on your own. The area is rich in history and culture, and there are some remarkable sights worth seeing. Hadrian's Gate is an ancient Roman fortress built in honor of Emperor Hadrian, who visited the city in 130 AD.
