This is part 1 of our walkthrough for Nowhere House, an escape room game from Dark Dome.
This is Adria's story as you play as you try to find a way to escape the cursed witch house. When you start, you are locked in a room.
First, look at the bottom of the cabinet on the right, then open the brown drawer to collect the picture.
Now you can tap the photo at the bottom of the stock list to view it. This is advice for later.
You can tap the arrows on the left and right of the screen to rotate the view and look around the room. There is a clock on the right, note that the time will change every time you look at this view.
Look around to the other side of the original view and you'll see a blue door.
Open it and enter the next room, there is only 1 view here.
Look at the wall cabinet above the sink, then open the door.
Collect the walkie-talkie.
Now check the boards on the left. It has colorful bottles, it is a puzzle.
Tip: check the collected photo.
Solution: Touch the pairs of vases to switch places and place them in the places shown in the picture. If your photo is different, please follow it. This was my solution.performance
The lower cabinet is now open. You can pick up the red key
After vacuuming the room, it flies away. You can now return to the first area.
Look at the view to the right to see the chimney.
Lower the white sheet to find the portrait and watch the cutscene.
Rotate the room view clockwise again. There is a brown door on the left.
Use the red key on the door to open it and move on. There are stairs.
Look around the room, there is a view with a white door on the right.
To the right of the door is a table with a small drawer. see this and open the top drawer to collect some batteries.
Then look to the right to see the open door we went through.
There are many clues here, check the grate on the wall. Then look in the bottom right drawer to see the clue. You should remember that for later.
The next view on the right shows the shelf above the cupboard.
Open the drawer on top of the cabinet to find a note with a clue. Note pointing to the chimney.
Then look at the books on the shelf. Take the book on the right.
Select a book in your inventory and use the browse option. Browse through the pages to see the outlines of the portraits and the names of the people. More tips.
Turn around to find an open door and return to the room with the fireplace/chimney.
The board from above had music next to the fireplace.
Select the walkie-talkie from your inventory and select the "Grab" option. Then select the batteries that will be paired with the walkie-talkie.
Now select this item again and select "Look".
You can now change the channel on the radio.
Hint: you need music
Solution: Make sure you have the sound turned on so you can hear when you find a music station. For me it was channel 4performance
Now close the Walkie Talkie view (while the music is still playing) and tap to see the fireplace.
Select the walkie-talkie (Grab) and press the fireplace. when the music plays, you will get a paper clue from the skeleton hand.
Turn around and go through the door back into the room with the stairs. Then turn around again and find the white radio drawers. We have one more puzzle to solve.
First, listen to the music from the walkie-talkie again to make sure you remember the melody.
Then press to view the radio on your device.
Use the dials to change the station until you find one that plays the same tune as your Walkie Talkie. Pay attention to the numbers on the dial
Solution: Mine is 9813. Check yours if different.performance
Then press to display the grid on the wall for the next clue.
Notice how the numbers in the 3x3 grid add up to give you the order. from 1 to 9.
Now look at the note in your inventory to see a similar 3x3 grid. It has 9 symbols.
Let's go back to the first room. From this position, go through the open brown door to the fireplace then turn right to see the front door and cupboard on the right.
There is a padlock on the wardrobe door. see that.
You need a combination of 4 symbols to open it. Use the tip above to find it.
Solution: The RF numbers tell you the positions in a 3x3 grid, get the symbols of these 4 positions from the note. These will be different for you.performance
Open the cabinet door. Then tap the red box in the lower right corner.
The hat has a puzzle to solve.
Hint: There are pairs of buttons with the same number of dots.
Solution: this is a connect/flow puzzle. draw lines to connect matching buttons without crossing each other.performance
When you're done, the box will open. Collect a white diamond.
Now return to the fireplace (change the view to the left) and look at the portrait on the wall above.
There is an empty slot at the bottom of the frame. Watch it then add a gem.
You are transported to the world depicted in the painting.
Touch the woman to talk and find out that it is Meridia who wants you to help her find the cat.
You can now switch between home and Meridia's world by pressing the panel in the first inventory slot.
Stay in Meridia's world and look left to find a blue door.
Open it and go through it.
Open the door on the bottom of the left unit. then remove the boiler from inside.
Now open the upper right cupboard and take the can of tuna and the carrot.
Exit this room and look left to see the clock.
Open the brown door and go through it. Stairs are broken in this world.
Turn the statue twice to find an open door and white drawers.
Look in the drawers to find and collect garden tools. You will also see a shape indicator in the top left drawer.
This is advice for later.
Rotate the view to the left to see the white door.
First, tap the map on the wall to view it. look for the red X. This area is just behind the white door.
Now open the white door and go outside.
Tap first to see the growing branch, you'll see a cliff view.
Tap on the branch on the right to view it and you'll find oneUIL. This is a collector's item. Tap the settings gear icon to see 9 owl symbols, 1 of which has been removed. Try to find them all.
Go back and turn the statue to the left to see the stone.
Touch it to look behind it and see a blue flower. collect it.
Now it's time to find point X on the map. (standing at the door)
Look left again to see the door you came out of. Also select gardening and press the ground to the left of the door to dig.
See the hole and you can collect the purple key.
Now go back inside, turn left and go through the brown door to return to Meridia.
Turn right to see the blue desk.
Use the purple key on the desk to open it. There are photo clippings.
"Take" the blue book from the inventory and place it on the right side.
Now you can flip through the pages of the book and collect relevant photos to complete each picture of 4 people.

We can now use the hint in this book to get the code.
Solution: There are several symbols in each of the 4 pictures. Look at each picture and find the symbol that the eyes see. Then use the sequence of the 4 names on the last page to get the sequence of symbols. Pay attention to these symbols.performance
Once you're done, go back to the starting world (Adria's world) by pressing the panel in your inventory. With the painting you will return to the fireplace.
Turn around and go through the brown door to find the stairs. Then press the up arrow to go up.
At the top there is a hatch with a padlock.
